Private Label Products
All private label products supplied by KOTSAF are manufactured specifically for each customer and are therefore custom-made products.
Returns
Private label products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Private label products are non-refundable once artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has commenced.
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, KOTSAF may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the affected products
• Credit the value of the affected products
• Refund the amount paid for the affected products
Artwork Approval
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.
No refund or replacement shall be provided for customer-approved artwork errors.
